Pro-Tex Liquid Coat Sealer

ADEX PRO-TEX liquid coat is a transparent liquid-acrylic sealer that increases durability, waterproofing, and promotes resistance to air and surface pollutants. PRO-TEX sealer refurbishes and refreshes the appearance of older, aging stucco surfaces, while also enhancing the surfaces dirt pick-up resistance.

• Designed for installation over all Adex finishing products.
• Suitable for sealing both vertical and horizontal surfaces, including EIFS, stucco, parging, cement, concrete block, pavers, brick, and slab concrete.
• Brush, roller, or sprayer-applied.  Two coats required.
• Clear, semi-gloss appearance.
• Non-yellowing.
• For exterior or interior use.
