A-Flex sealant and mesh

A-FLEX SEALANT is a liquid-applied co-polymer “joint and transition membrane” reinforced with a polyester spunbonded mesh (A-FLEX MESH). A-FLEX SEALANT is used in conjunction with the A-FLEX MESH to seal window and door openings, over expansion joints, where dissimilar substrates meet and anywhere else water infiltration may be of concern.

• Ready-mixed in the pail
• Applied with a brush, trowel, or putty knife
• Suitable above-grade substrates:
  • Plywood,
  • OSB (oriented strand board),
  • Glass-mat faced gypsum board,
  • Styrene and polyethylene surfaces.
  • Concrete or masonry walls.
