Non-Cementitious Basecoat

ADEX NON-CEMENTITIOUS BASECOAT is a 100% acrylic polymer-based compound, that is ready-to-use out of the pail.  NON-CEMENTITIOUS BASECOAT is used to prepare and level painted surfaces or to skim over an existing acrylic finish in order to receive a new finish coat.  It is also used as a coloured grout coat for the ADEX BRIK-TEX specialty finish or leveling GRAPHEXCOAT prior to installing a smooth/fine finish coat.

• “Wet” polymer-based.
• Ready-to-use out of the pail.
• Vapour permeable.
• Application thickness of 1.6 mm to 2.4 mm (1/16” to 3/32”) per coat.
• Highly flexible.
• Tintable to a wide range of ADEX colors.
